VR games, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You must meet the minimum age requirements established by applicable laws and platform policies, including Meta Quest, to use our Services.
Echo Grid Studios grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.
You agree not to harass others, cheat, impersonate, bypass security, or violate any applicable law or Meta Quest Store rules. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
We monitor gameplay and enforce rules. Moderation may include suspensions or bans using account identifiers or IP addresses. All decisions are final.
We collect only data necessary to improve, operate, and moderate the Services: headset type, platform/device identifiers, gameplay stats, IP addresses, and aggregated analytics. This data is used for performance monitoring, moderation, and service improvement.
We do not sell or rent data. Sharing occurs only internally, with Meta for platform operation, or as required by law.
Virtual Items are digital, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or Meta Quest refund policies. We may modify or remove items for updates or compliance.
Using our Services through Meta Quest requires compliance with their terms, policies, and community standards. Meta accounts may be used for verification, purchases, and moderation.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Data is retained only as long as necessary for service operation, moderation, or legal obligations and is deleted or anonymized afterward.
Our Services are not intended for children under the required age. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if discovered, it will be removed.
All content, assets, models, and logos are owned by Echo Grid Studios or its licensors. You may not use them outside the Services without written permission.
We may update or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Echo Grid Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data or progress loss.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations or harmful conduct. All licenses end immediately upon termination.
These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
